Detangle - Dematter for Cats and Dogs

We tried this solution at the last Feral Cat Clinic.
One of the volunteers thought it was wonderful!
When a long coated feral cat comes through the clinic, the matts are sometimes so bad that they have to be shaved in the matted spots (poor babies....)
I've been looking for something to spray on a coat to loosen the matts without having to shave it.
