Located in a barn with another (nutritious) kitten severely emaciated I70 & Tower on ten/16/2009. Quite friendly, eats nicely. Will be a handful of weeks just before he is obtainable for adoption, he wants to place on weight and be neutered.
Updates:
Tiny Bubba (not obtainable for adoption but) was left to fend for himself at a barn. With no food, he resorted to eating dirt, twigs, and possibly a mouse.
