When the going gets hard, when deadlines are tight and anxiety is high, I don't get cranky. I get silly. I sent an e-mail to the total organization stating that the inventive dept had come up with a new mandatory wallpaper inline with our branding suggestions. And asked that everyone set this as their wallpaper by close of company that day.
