This poor 8 year old Persian was found in a very emaciated state in Littleover Derby. She had been trying to fend for herself for some time and her fur was so badly matted that much had to be shaved off. She was sitting in the middle of a road - just howling. She was very happy to find warmth, a dry bed, and food at Ashbourne rescue centre.
Cleo is gaining strength slowly and will hopefully find a new loving home soon.
