Self - Rinsing Shampoo for Cats and Dogs

Some of the feral cats coming through the Feral Cat Clinic live in washes and are so stinky and dirty (poor babies.....) There's very little time to try to clean them by bathing.
The semi-annual Dog Show always has the best vendors with the finest products for animals, so I was on a mission at the last show to find something for the homeless cats.
