Why do cats like to sleep as much as Emilia Spirkoska

One thing is for sure: cats know how to sleep. And a lot of sleep. So far, however, no one knows why they have so many, but you sleep you have to admit that they are the most adorable creatures when asleep.

How they select the weirdest place to sleep. Or on top of a dog in a pot. You name the place and they are:)

Well, it is a known fact that cats evolved from a long line of hunters and predators, and that probably has an effect on their sleep pattern. Their diet may also play a significant role. Because they are rich in protein, that does not take a lot of time in their day, they have plenty of time to sleep.
Sometimes all they do is sleep, because they don't have things to do. Of course this is true for indoor cats. But there is always something you can find for your cat to do and stay awake and entertained.

Although newborn cats, well, they sleep most of the time, but believe it or not, this actually keeps them safe. As they do not attract attention, and by that I mean they don't attract predators.
As for the cats in the wild, they are constantly on the lookout for good in order to survive.

Indoor cats are sleeping when they are still active and are ready to go into action. And you can see that, like all cats sleep have their ears, rotating and as soon as they hear the noise, or the feeling that someone is coming, they open their eyes to check the situation and if safest they go back to sleep again.

And, as I said in the beginning mainly cats sleep anywhere. At the table, on top of the piano, at the edge of, anywhere.
As long as it's safe and comfortable enough to stretch this body. :) For example, when trying to find the cool shaded place, where she could stretch out. Even in cold winter days the cat will try to find a place quite warm as warm sun or near a heat source.

Another interesting fact that cats like to sleep in bed with their owners. And the people who use this method actually benefited from it, as it strengthens the human cat Bond and let's not forget all the warmth and comfort of your cat gives you.

And one last thing. Cats sleep, too. But unfortunately at the moment we can only guess that they dream of.
